Event Terms and Conditions
I acknowledge that all passes and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between events. I have reviewed all event logistics and confirmed that my purchase is correct for a 7-Day New Orleans Cocktail Week Restaurant/Bar Pass. I understand that each event location has individual hours of operation and various priced cocktail offerings and this voucher pass enables me to purchase a discounted signature cocktail during Cocktail Week. This event occurs rain or shine. I understand that no one under the age of 21 will be admitted to any event (including infants and children in child carriers and strollers) and by purchasing this pass I am confirming that I am over the age of 21. I understand that I (and all ticketed attendees) will drink and act responsibly during the event and I waive all claims and potential claims against New Orleans Cocktail Week, event organizers, restaurants, bars, and their affiliated companies or sponsors relating to any and all damage and risks. This includes but is not limited to unforeseeable and unavoidable catastrophes, issues, event cancelation or conflicts that interrupt the expected course of events and prevent Cocktail Week, event organizers, sponsors, restaurants, bars and their affiliated companies from fulfilling their obligations such as natural disasters, hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes, as well as human actions, criminal acts, such as armed conflict and man-made diseases.
Health and Safety Authorizations
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending Cocktail Week’s Events and Venues during Cocktail Week, I expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.
I acknowledge that I (and all ticketed attendees) will comply with Cocktail Week’s Health and Safety Protocols. I understand that these protocols are subject to change based on CDC, DHEC, and state/federal guidelines.
Photography and Filming Authorization
I acknowledge that Cocktail Week will be photographing and filming during the event. I authorize that myself and my guests may be photographed or filmed while in attendance. I allow New Orleans Cocktail Week to use this in a variety of marketing avenues including but not limited to, brochures, website, social media, and general event promotion.
Communication Authorization
I acknowledge that Cocktail Week will send ticket and pre-event correspondence containing important New Orleans Cocktail Week event details, event agreement terms, and Health and Safety logistics. I agree to share this information with all guests I am purchasing tickets on behalf of.
